If during the sign up process you receive the error "Email did not pass validation rules", please do the following:

Use another email address to register for a QuickBlox account;.

Contact our Support team to inform us of the issue and provide us with the registered email and the preferred email for your new QuickBlox account.

Our backend team will be able to change the registered email to your preferred email, and once completed we will notify you by ticket/email thread created by you.
