If you receive a message that your QuickBlox account is suspended, please contact our Support team by submitting a ticket and provide us with your registered email address or account ID.
The possible reasons for suspension of customer accounts are:
1. Exceeding the technical limits of your current plan.
2. Spamming and abusing resources of the QuickBlox Cloud server.
