How do I receive an invoice if I upgrade to Starter/Growth/HIPAA plans?

We send invoices to your registered email address every month.

If for some reason you have not received an invoice, please contact support and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Make sure to provide us with your registered email address for your QuickBlox Admin account or account ID. 

To find your account ID:  

1. Log into your QuickBlox account: QuickBlox Admin Panel.

2. Click on the picture provided above and select Privacy and Setting option.

3. There you can find your account ID and your current QuickBlox plan associated with this account.
