Our video chat solution is built on WebRTC which is a leader in video technology and means you can be confident to build a high performance video chat app. If you do experience poor quality during a video call, this may be due to one of several factors:
Poor internet connection.
Users are on different Wifi networks.
More than 4 participants on a peer-to-peer call.
Most likely it is caused by latency between your end application users and Cloud TURN servers located all over the world.
For the best solution then, you should consider using your own dedicated TURN server that will be located closer to your end application users, and which is available on our Enterprise plan.
